Work Location: Lot A, Jalan Bangau 10, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47100 Puchong, Selangor

Position Level: Junior / Senior Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job (Salary will be handled by client as well)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Salary Range: RM 5,500.00 – RM 6,000.00

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible HR & Admin Executive to manage full-spectrum human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience within the Malaysian labor law framework, excellent multilingual communication skills, and a strong capability to multitask in a stable, fast-growing automotive industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding procedures.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes systematically.
  • Maintain up-to-date labour contracts and confidential employee personnel records.
  • Process and manage statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
  • Support employee relations, HR compliance, and assist with foreign worker or employment pass matters.

Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, maintain physical and digital filing, and manage document control.
  • Liaise effectively between internal departments and external corporate parties.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on HR and Administrative working experience in Malaysia.
  • Proficient language skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin speaker required for client coordination).
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law and HR administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Candidates with a background in the automotive industry will have an added advantage.
  • Priority will be given to candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period.
