JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, including waiters, chefs, and support staff.
- Provide guidance and training to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure the outlet operates within budget.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages meet the established standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and upselling opportunities.
- Work with the marketing team to promote special events or promotions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on the reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
