Position: Booking Reservation Executive

Language Requirement: Mandarin & Cantonese
Location: Kuala Lumpur (GTower)
Working Schedule: Rotational Shift 24/7 (5 working days, 2 days off)

Salary: Up to RM4,000 (Inclusive of Language Allowance)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle booking and reservation inquiries from customers professionally.
• Assist customers with reservation confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, bookings, and policies.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking operations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reservations.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least C1 level proficiency in Cantonese.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
• Able to join immediately or within short notice.
