Responsibilities :

• Test environment set-up & troubleshoot.
• Equipment calibration planning.
• Lab Capital and Non-Capital Asset management, inventory control.
• Lab Logistics, Asset Shipments.
• Procurement Support – (Purchasing, Request Quotation, Raise SC).
• Audit (Finance, reconciliation, cycle-count etc) .

Requirements :

• Self-driven and ability to multi-task in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Good decision making, analytical, and meticulous attention to detail
• Good statistical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to provide comprehensive update on work progress and data compilation
• Self-sufficient, able to manage the stakeholders, able to work well with co-workers
• Diploma with 0 to 2 years of experience
• Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
