Transaction Banking Cash Sales Why Join As a key player in our Transaction Banking team, you'll be at the forefront of helping businesses thrive by providing them with the cash management solutions they need to succeed. How you succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to develop a deep understanding of our clients' cash management needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements. You'll work closely with our product teams to stay up-to-date on the latest innovations and trends in cash management, and use this knowledge to identify new sales opportunities and grow our business. What you do - Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their cash management needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements - Identify new sales opportunities and work with our product teams to develop tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs - Collaborate with our implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful integration of our cash management solutions - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in cash management and use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities - Work closely with our sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue Who you are - A degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance - At least 3 years of experience in transaction banking or a related field - Strong understanding of cash management products and services - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new sales opportunities and develop tailored solutions - Results-driven and motivated, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
