JOB PURPOSE

  • Assisting Head Bancatakaful Division on Commercial / Retail Business on planning and strategies to achieve yearly individual and department budget.
  • Drive general takaful business. Plan, manage and direct the business focus on the distribution of Takaful products to achieve business, revenue and profit targets based on strategic plans set forth.
  • Initiate, execute, and manage marketing programs and retention strategies in line with business objectives. Monitoring the sales performance of the bank and business management to ensure the budget is on track as per plan.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Strategy and Planning

  • Develop & execute business plan covering all business activities based on business targets in alignment company’s strategy.


Financial and Performance Management

  • Management of business, revenue, and profit targets for the business by driving the performance of products activities across all partners.
  • Managing monthly reporting business performance, execution of business plan, credit control, reconciliation, and commission & management expenses.
  • Increase in penetration of Takaful products across client segments.
  • Monitor sales and operational activities deliverables in line with company’s and partners expectations


Product Development

  • Identify the right product needs for all customer segments in line with partners strategy. To collaborate with product development, actuarial and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Initiate meeting with internal and external stakeholders on new product launching involving product development process, system development and UAT process.


Marketing Management

  • Initiate, execute, and manage marketing programs and retention strategies in line with business objectives.
  • Monitoring the sales performance of the bank and sales management to ensure the budget is on track as per plan.
  • To be the liaison person between the Bancatakaful Partner and our ground sales team on campaign communication, marketing activities as well as performance tracking and management


Governance & Compliance

  • The essential duties and responsibilities are to assist Head of Sales on developing the business that generates profitable revenues to shareholders and participants with full adherence to the regulatory frameworks, on the back of financial strength and operating efficiency.
  • To assist Head Sales and marketing to adopt best practices in performing job functions while always ensuring compliance with rules and regulations


QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE


Academic

  • Degree in any discipline.


Experience

  • Minimum Experience of 5 years in Bank or and Takaful industry.
