Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily preparation and production of bread & pastry items while maintaining costs and ensuring consistency quality
Ensures proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards and sanitation/health regulations.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
At least 3 – 5 years experience for Baker / Pastry CDP.
Used to production routine.
Have good knowledge in Bread & Pastry, and hold a Certificate in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent are more preferable.
Have good communication.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
