This is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya for a Client Services Representative. The position involves managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and addressing customer inquiries to provide effective solutions. Responsibilities also include facilitating communication between the agency and clients, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely delivery to meet client goals. The role requires proactive problem-solving and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

• Expertise in Client Services and understanding client needs
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by addressing needs and resolving concerns effectively
• Experience in Customer Service, ensuring high-quality service delivery and a positive client experience
• Familiarity with basic Finance concepts to manage budgets and project costs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment
• Proficiency in tools related to customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus
