Our Accountants carry out key finance-related functions for our clients, and are responsible for giving them clear financial visibility, compliance confidence, and disciplined cash flow control. You will manage the financial structure, accuracy, and reporting for our growing portfolio of clients, ensuring they have robust accounting support without needing an in-house team.

Your Responsibilities as an Accountant
- Bookkeeping and Financial Control: Maintain the general ledger, record daily financial transactions, and perform monthly closings, adjustments, and bank reconciliations with high accuracy.
- Payables Management: Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including processing supplier invoices, scheduling and executing payments, handling staff claims/petty cash disbursements, and conducting vendor reconciliations.
- Receivables Management: Manage invoice issuance, accurately record customer payments, generate aged receivables reports, and handle professional payment tracking and follow-ups.
- Compliance & Statutory Support: Coordinate payroll disbursements, provide reliable statutory filing support, and ensure financial documentation readiness for audits and management use.
- Management Reporting: Prepare clear monthly management reporting summaries to help clients easily understand their financial health and cash flow.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with assigned clients to ensure total satisfaction, handling their financial inquiries proactively to maintain a "zero-complaint" standard.
Requirements
- Academics: All academic backgrounds and levels welcome - provided there is a history of academic excellence and/or improvement over time
