Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, and competitive benchmarking to support international expansion and market entry strategies.
- Plan and execute global expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Develop and drive 100-day plans as well as long-term transformation roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across commercial, operations, supply chain, and digital teams.
- Collaborate with senior leadership (CEO, CFO, and functional heads) to align on strategic priorities.
- Provide structured updates to leadership, managing upward communication and escalating issues when necessary.
- 3–10 years of experience in consulting, special projects, investment banking, or related fields.
- Strong problem structuring skills with a hypothesis-driven approach to analysis.
- Ability to translate strategic insights into actionable execution plans.
- Solid financial acumen, including P&L understanding and value driver analysis.
