Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Bayan Lepas. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, develop and implement schedules, and coordinate resources to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes. This role requires monitoring production performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the Senior Production Supervisor will guide, mentor, and develop team members to maintain productivity and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory and Production Management skills
• Proficiency in creating and managing Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Outstanding Communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance standards in manufacturing
• Problem-solving abilities and capacity to adapt to dynamic production challenges
• Experience in automation solutions and familiarity with smart manufacturing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
