Job Responsibilities

As a BIM Modeler with NRY Architects Sdn. Bhd., you will be working in a dynamic environment delivering quality BIM coordination and technical support for various projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Utilize Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform assigned drawing and modelling tasks
• Report to the Manager / Architect-in-Charge and carry out assigned work accordingly
• Produce LOD 100 to LOD 300 models, 2D production drawings, and authority submission drawings
• Monitor modelling updates and inform Project Architects of any changes or discrepancies
• Review and identify clashes/discrepancies in BIM models
• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedules
• Apply in-depth knowledge of Revit and architectural drawings in technical coordination works
• Understand and coordinate structural, infrastructure, and MEP inputs within Revit models
• Perform Revit modelling, family creation, parameter setup, and related BIM tasks

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or related field with minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficient in Revit Software
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good technical coordination and communication skills
