As we continue to scale, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our growing Finance team.

As our Finance Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day financial operations. This is a hands-on position where you will gain direct experience across general finance tasks, billing, and record-keeping within a high-growth tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• General Finance Support: Help the team with daily administrative tasks and basic financial data entry.
• Invoicing & Billing: Assist in preparing and issuing invoices to MERAQUE’s clients in a timely manner.
• Payment Tracking: Support the team in checking payment statuses and keeping track of outstanding balances.
• Data Verification: Help match and cross-check simple financial records against bank statements to ensure everything is accurate.
• Filing & Documentation: Keep digital and physical files organized for easy internal tracking and future reference.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide extra administrative support for general finance projects as needed.

Requirements

• Final-year student currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (knowing VLOOKUP and pivot tables is a plus).
• Great attention to detail and a love for keeping things organized.
• Friendly and professional communication skills for working with the team and clients.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for an internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
