We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Data Scientist / Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Scientist / Data Analyst, you will analyze large datasets, develop models, build dashboards, and generate insights that support strategic business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analysis & Insights
  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
  • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA)
  • Support business decision-making with data-driven findings
  • Translate complex data into clear insights
Data Science & Modeling
  • Build predictive and statistical models
  • Support machine learning model development and evaluation
  • Perform feature engineering and data preprocessing
  • Test and validate model performance
  • Improve model accuracy and efficiency
Reporting & Visualization
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations
  • Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Track KPIs and business performance metrics
  • Prepare analytical reports and summaries
  • Support automated reporting systems
Tools & Engineering Support
  • Use Python or R for data analysis and modeling
  • Work with SQL for data extraction and transformation
  • Utilize tools like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or TensorFlow
  • Support data pipeline and workflow improvements
  • Ensure data quality and consistency
Collaboration
  • Work closely with business, engineering, and product teams
  • Translate business problems into data solutions
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Participate in meetings and requirement discussions
  • Contribute to data strategy and improvements

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong understanding of statistics and probability
  • Proficiency in Python or R
  • Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage
  • Understanding of data pipelines is beneficial
