We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions and performance improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying patterns, and turning numbers into actionable insights.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to help teams understand performance trends and make informed decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Collection & Analysis

• Collect and organize data from multiple sources
• Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for analysis
• Identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Perform statistical analysis and data exploration
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests

Reporting & Visualization

• Build dashboards, charts, and reports
• Track business performance metrics and KPIs
• Present insights in clear and actionable formats
• Support automated reporting processes
• Translate data findings into business recommendations

️ Tools & Data Management

• Use Excel / Google Sheets for analysis
• Perform data extraction and manipulation using SQL (basic to intermediate)
• Support BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Document data processes and reporting methods

Collaboration

• Work closely with business, operations, and product teams
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions
• Support decision-making with data-driven insights
• Participate in meetings and requirement discussions
• Contribute to improving data processes and workflows

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, IT, or related field
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
• Understanding of basic statistics
• Python or R is a bonus
