Location & Working Hours
- Office: The Ascent Paradigm, Petaling Jaya
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6.00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships, especially in insurance and related industries.
- Drive outreach through cold calling, networking, and direct engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct market research to spot trends and expansion opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
- Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and outcomes.
- Roll up your sleeves to close tough deals, support campaigns, and hit ambitious targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within financial services or technology (insurance background is a plus) at least 1-2 years.
- Hands-on sales experience: cold calling, lead generation, and closing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Self-starter with a “no excuses” attitude — gets things done with minimal supervision.
