Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the human resource functions of iCandy Interactive Limited in a dynamic and innovative environment. In this full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, you will oversee HR policies, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and lead performance management initiatives. You will partner with leadership to develop long-term strategies that support a creative and collaborative workplace, and ensure an engaging and inclusive culture for employees across all levels.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) management, including HR strategy and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies, compliance, and implementation
  • Proficient in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive organizational culture
  • Experience in Performance Management, including designing and executing performance evaluation frameworks and improvement plans
  • Comprehensive understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and advise on regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership, with excellent organizational and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Previous experience in the gaming or technology industry is highly desirable
