Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager at Shama Suasana Johor Bahru. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness and service standards. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, managing schedules, ensuring inventory and laundry processes are efficient, and upholding guest satisfaction by addressing service requests and feedback. This role requires hands-on collaboration with other departments to maintain a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests.

• Experience with Laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards
