Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Support professional to support daily administrative and onboarding activities within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an insurance company or insurance brokerage environment, with strong data entry and coordination skills in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the team and ensure smooth daily operations
Support onboarding processes for new hires, agents, or clients
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal systems
Prepare and process documentation related to insurance operations
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when required
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of documents and records
Assist with reporting, tracking, and other administrative tasks
Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
Prior experience in an insurance company or insurance brokerage environment is preferred
Experience in onboarding coordination and administrative support
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
