Job Title: Admin Associate (West / AWS + VB)
Job Hours: 10.30am to 7.30pm
Job Location: Jurong East

The Opportunity:

• AWS + Variable Bonus
• Career exposure in the lighting, bathroom and home fixtures industry
• Suitable for candidates with POS, Excel and customer coordination experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily admin and clerical duties for showroom operations
• Operate POS system accurately for sales and transaction records
• Prepare and process quotations, invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders
• Assist with customer enquiries and retail sales coordination
• Coordinate customer orders, delivery arrangements and order follow-ups
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and delivery teams on stock and delivery matters
• Update inventory records and support stock coordination
• Maintain proper filing of sales, purchase and delivery documents
• Assist management with basic reports and operational updates
• Support other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in POS systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and basic computer skills
• Able to handle quotations, invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders
• Experience in lighting, bathroom, home fixtures, renovation, interior products or related retail industry will be an advantage
