Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Position : E-Commerce Business Development Executive

  • Location : Ang Mo Kio Street

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9 to 6pm

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Commission (Up to $2000) + AWS + 10 Days Leave

  • Duration : Permanent

  • Industry : Events/Gift

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow revenue.

  • Plan and execute strategies to expand market presence.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Manage and optimise online sales channels, including website and e-commerce marketplaces.

  • Work with marketing and operations teams to improve product visibility and conversion rates.

  • Develop retail strategies to increase product reach and sales performance.

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and strategic partners.

  • Explore collaborations with brands, event companies, and corporate organisations.

  • Manage negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements.

  • Track sales performance, business development activities, and KPIs.

  • Prepare business reports and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and creative teams to execute campaigns, product launches, promotions, and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or e-commerce management.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and retail operations.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective business strategies.
