Duties and scope of work
a) Manage and organize daily office / warehouse operations
b) Ensuring accurate and timely recording of sales orders submitted by the sales team
c) Handle order details carefully to support invoicing and e-Invoice processes.
d) Update incoming and outgoing inventory with SQL software and stock cards
e) Monitor on incoming shipment from suppliers/customers
f) Responsible for inspecting and accepting incoming shipments of inventory against suppliers
g) To co-operate with production team to ensure production operates smoothly
h) To perform periodical stock check
i) Ensure proper storage to avoid obsolete stocks
j) Ensure purchase request is made when stock level is insufficient
k) Prepare monthly stock balance report
l) Perform and ad-hoc duties as assigned from superior
m) We are group company, need to manage all company paper work
Working Hour
You will be required to work on Monday to Saturday as stated below:
Monday - Friday : 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday : 9:00am - 1:00pm (alternate)
Lunch Break : 1:00pm - 2:00pm (1hour)
Salary Contribution
EPF/ SOCSO/ Income Tax/ EIS are all entitled and mandatory by Employment Act 1955
