Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service (IT Technical Support) to assist clients with system integration, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth implementation of our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Customer Integration Support
  • Guide customers through system integration processes (API, SDK, backend integration, etc.)

  • Provide technical documentation and step-by-step assistance

  • Support onboarding and implementation activities

  • Work closely with internal development teams to resolve integration challenges

2️⃣ Technical Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported technical issues

  • Investigate system logs and error reports

  • Escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary

  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution

3️⃣ Customer Communication
  • Respond to technical inquiries via email, ticketing system, or messaging platforms

  • Explain technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly manner

  • Maintain professional and positive customer relationships

4️⃣ System Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor system performance and identify recurring issues

  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions

  • Prepare reports on common issues and recommend improvements

5️⃣ Internal Collaboration
  • Work with product, backend, and QA teams to improve system stability

  • Provide feedback based on customer issues to enhance product performance

Requirements
  1. Additional Information for JUNIOR Candidates:

  • This position is an excellent entry-point into the tech industry

  • Prior professional experience is NOT required, as we provide comprehensive training and mentorship

  • FRESH GRADUATES with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply

2. Additional Qualifications for SENIOR Candidates:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field

  • Basic understanding of API integration, RESTful services, and databases

  • Familiar with troubleshooting tools and log analysis

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage if handling regional clients)

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
