Responsibilities
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Executive to join our organization. As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal users. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Document and maintain accurate records of IT support activities, including issue resolution and user requests.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the IT industry.
Provide training and guidance to users on basic IT procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
