Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented finance professional with an audit background to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing key financial reporting activities, including consolidation, withholding tax compliance, and supporting management on ad-hoc financial assignments.
Role Description
Managed full set of accounts, including month-end closing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and group account consolidation.
Prepared management reports, cash flow projections, financial analyses, bank reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations to support business operations and decision-making.
Handled withholding tax (WHT) compliance, vendor registration, banking and finance applications, office insurance renewal, and record maintenance.
Supported year-end audits by liaising with external auditors and tax agents while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
Monitored overdue debt collection, bad debt management, and timely settlement of accounts payable.
Participated in process improvement, system enhancement, ISO committee activities, and supported overall office operations and company culture.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in the related field, preferably with audit firm exposure.
Able to communicate in multiple languages.
Good understanding of accounting standards, group consolidation, and tax compliance.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount).
Ability to work independently under minimum supervision & self motivated. Mature thinking.
Able to start fast.
