HTE Technology Engineering (M) Hiring! Full Time Account Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

Become an integral part of the finance team at RNN Group of Companies (RNN-Phoenix Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd & HTE Technology Engineering Sdn Bhd & ToolTech Innovations (TTI) Sdn Bhd), as an Accounting Executive. This full-time position is based in Puchong Jaya, Selangor, offering the opportunity to utilise your expertise in bookkeeping and small practice accounting.

What you'll be doing

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers

Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss reports

Prepare and handle staff petty cash claim, payment voucher, payroll.

Prepare Customer Statement of Account and Official Receipts monthly.

Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections

Reconcile bank statements and other accounts

Assist with tax filing and compliance requirements

E-invoincing checking and confirmation.

Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

Manage emails from customers and clients.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications and SQL Financial Accounting Application

Able to handle E-invoincing.

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and compliance requirements

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to work in potentially fast moving environment
