About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join SURIA SINAR SDN BHD' as a full-time HR Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department. This is a great chance to gain experience in a fast-paced HR environment while contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document management

  • Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees

  • Handling employee inquiries and acting as the first point of contact for HR-related matters

  • Coordinating and scheduling HR-related meetings and events

  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases

  • Providing support for payroll and benefits administration

  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Undertaking other general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR and administrative role.

  • Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.

  • Experience with payroll or HR system will be an added advantage.
