We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Vending Machine Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, cash collection, and installation of water vending machines at customer locations.

As a senior team member, you will be expected to handle more complex technical issues, guide junior technicians, ensure service quality, and support the team in improving field operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge in plumbing and electrical systems, good problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and the confidence to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections, servicing, maintenance, and repairs for water vending machines.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, vending components, and machine operations.
• Lead or assist in the installation and commissioning of vending machines at customer locations.
• Guide, train, and support junior field technicians in troubleshooting and repair work.
• Perform cash collection duties accurately and responsibly according to company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues, and management regarding technical issues and service updates.
• Maintain accurate service records, repair reports, parts usage, and cash collection documentation.
• Ensure all service tasks are completed within the required timeline and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and recommend preventive maintenance actions.
• Support the team in improving work processes, safety practices, and service efficiency.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns or service requests when required.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Secondary education, high school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in field service, technical maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, or related fields.
• Experience in vending machines, water dispensers, water filtration systems, pumps, or similar equipment will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.
• Valid car driving license.
• Able to travel to customer sites and work independently in the field.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience supervising or mentoring junior technicians.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance procedures.
• Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Responsible, honest, and reliable when handling cash collection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
