Are you an experienced Administrative Executive looking to join a dynamic and growing team? Angel Tours Sdn Bhd, a leading travel agency based in Penang Island, is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Admin Executive to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Responsibilities
Basic Financial Support: Organize and file administrative invoices, receipts, and expense claims for the accounts department.
Data Entry: Maintain and update internal databases, including employee attendance records and client information.
Documentation & Filing: Prepare, format, and proofread business letters, contracts, and meeting minutes.
Front Desk Management: Handle incoming calls, manage general facebook inquiries, and welcome walk in customers to the office.
Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, internal meetings, and report to senior management.
Requirements
Education: Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Language Skills: Proficient in English & Mandarin to handle multilingual business documentation and communication.
Software Skills: Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic social media tools.
Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a professional demeanor.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is an added advantage.
