Responsibilities

About the role

CMS Operations Developer responsible for managing website content, supporting Strapi CMS operations, and troubleshooting frontend issues across enterprise digital platforms.

Close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality website updates and publishing operations.

What you'll be doing

CMS & Content Operations

  • Perform daily website updates and content publishing using Strapi CMS, Git, and SVN

  • Configure and maintain content types, components, APIs in Strapi

  • Implement and manage JSON-based content structures

Technical Website Support

  • Diagnose and resolve frontend issues related to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Support CMS optimization initiatives to improve publishing workflows and performance

  • Manage website updates and deployments using Git and SVN version control

  • Assist with basic Node.js customizations within the Strapi environment

  • Support CI/CD deployment processes and release activities

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders for rapid content deployment

  • Provide after-hours or weekend support for critical website incidents when required

  • Contribute to operational process improvements and CMS best practices documentation

  • Support global teams with technical guidance and publishing standards

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing websites using Strapi CMS

  • Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, JSON data structures

  • Experience working with headless CMS architecture

  • Strong understanding of Git and/or SVN version control

  • Experience troubleshooting frontend website issues

  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and deployment environments

  • Experience with React.js or Angular.js

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to support after-hours and weekend incident response for critical production website issues when required
