• Responsible for accurate data reports (GRN) enter into the system in a timely manner.

• Assist in transferring material to designated location (Transfer Order) - referring to jobsheet or MRF.

• Coordinate and support logistic activities for onshore and offshore shipments from inquiry phase until completion of the deliveries (import/export).

• Coordinate with store department for the receiving goods and finished good shipment arrangement.

• Liaise with custom for all related task.

• Liaise with finance department for billing from forwarder and courier.

• Planning & negotiating with shipper /shipping agent / forwarder/internal for the shipment quotation, shipment term & HS code.

• Manage a team to liaise with suppliers, forwarding agents and authorities (Custom/MITI/MIDA) and follow up the status of shipments and deliveries.

• Prepare LMW report to submit to custom department for monthly and yearly endorsement.

• Prepare document for custom department to do scrap of material and export of ad-hoc material or machinery.

• Application of new items for export & import.

• Prepare and involving for all auditing task.

• To perform general housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of the work station and warehouse in a neat, clean, standardize and tidy condition.

• To undertake any duties and responsibilities assigned by Head of Department and/or the managemen

• Minimum 2 years working experience in logistics / warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field is an advantage

• Hands-on experience in import & export shipment handling

• Familiar with Customs procedures and LMW regulations

• Experience dealing with forwarding agents and authorities

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
