Boutique House Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and committed Project Admin Executive to join our growing property development team in Johor Bahru.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Project Department to ensure smooth project execution, documentation control and communication with consultants, contractors and authorities.

• Provide full administrative and coordination support to Project Department.

• Assist Project Team in project documentation control, filing and correspondence management.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal departments on project matters.

• Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes and project-related documentation.

• Monitor submission status, authority approvals and project progress updates.

• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, contracts and project documents.

• Assist in tender documentation, purchase requisition and contract administration works.

• Coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items with relevant parties.

• Ensure proper documentation compliance according to company procedures and project requirements.

• Support Project Team in daily operational and administrative matters.

• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or related discipline.

• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Project Administration within property development and/or construction industry.

• Familiar with project coordination flow and consultant / contractor documentation process.

• Experience in handling authority submissions and project documentation will be an added advantage.

• Good organizational and multitasking skills.

• Able to work independently in fast-paced environment.

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to details.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Candidates with immediate availability will have an added advantage.
