Bhd. is seeking an experienced Admin Clerk to join our team in Melaka. In this key position, you will provide crucial administrative support to our busy office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a variety of administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management

  • Assisting with the coordination of office supplies, equipment, and services

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients

  • Supporting the broader team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
