SIW Manufacturing Hiring! Full Time LOGISTICS AND STORE EXECUTIVE in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

- To prepare and process all shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoices, Certificate of Origin and etc.

- To manage the logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities.

- Delivery planning & arrangement with third-party transporter and monitor the movement of goods and ensure they are delivered on time.

- To liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues.

- To verify all shipping documentation such as custom form, renewal application, monthly reports and etc

- Handling of LMW report, documents submission and yearly license renewal.

- Transportation arrangements for goods and preparation of corresponding transportation documents and customs information, coordination with logistics companies to complete material transportation/customs clearance on time.

- Proper filing of all import and export shipping documents.

- To liaise with 3rd party warehouse for goods storage, shipment arrangement and in-charge in stock take.

- To complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

- Responsible for utilizing MRP systems to optimize procedures.   

- To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.

Authorities

- To manage day-to-day operations to ensure achievement of cost, productivity or accuracy or timeliness objectives of logistics and store department.

- To perform analysis of the overall budget/expenses for the logistics operations and determine most cost effective and efficient means of transportation services.

Qualifications

Education : Degree in Business, Economics or Supply Chain, International Business or Business Administration or Logistics or Transportation related field

Skills : Analytical skills, Organizational skills, Communication skills,  Computer skills

Work Experience : Min 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in related  field.

Others Job Requirement :

-Familiar with the transportation operation process and requirements, familiar with the customs operation process and the basic operation requirements of the LMW factory.

-Able to work independently under pressure.
