Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Education & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.

  • Experience with manual data entry and traditional bookkeeping methods using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.

  • Prior experience handling administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and coordination is an added advantage.

3. Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (including formulas, data entry, and basic calculations).

  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and invoicing processes.

  • Basic knowledge of office administration tools (email handling, document management, etc.).

4. Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both financial and administrative tasks.

  • Good time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

5. Account and Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, and financial records.

  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external parties on administrative and financial matters.

  • Handle basic office administrative duties (e.g., data entry, record keeping, scheduling, and follow-ups).

  • Support the Management Department in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.

6. Other Requirements

  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
