Responsibilities
1. Education & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.
Experience with manual data entry and traditional bookkeeping methods using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
Prior experience handling administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and coordination is an added advantage.
3. Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (including formulas, data entry, and basic calculations).
Familiarity with basic accounting principles, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and invoicing processes.
Basic knowledge of office administration tools (email handling, document management, etc.).
4. Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both financial and administrative tasks.
Good time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Account and Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, and financial records.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external parties on administrative and financial matters.
Handle basic office administrative duties (e.g., data entry, record keeping, scheduling, and follow-ups).
Support the Management Department in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
6. Other Requirements
Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
