ResponsibilityWe are seeking a proactive HR Executive to support and enhance the overall Human Resource functions of the company. This role is suitable for someone who is organized, resourceful, and able to manage HR operations while contributing to employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding processes.
- Administer payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/LHDN, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, including employee data, attendance, leave management, disciplinary records, and staff movement.
- Coordinate onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and resignation/exit processes.
- Support performance management activities, including appraisal exercises, probation reviews, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Malaysian labour laws, statutory regulations, ISO requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide HR support and guidance to employees and department heads.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, insurance matters, claims, and renewal processes.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management review and support audits when required.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance department on payroll, budgeting, and HR-related administrative matters.
- Continuously review and improve HR processes and administrative efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to multiple HR functions.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, local labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HR management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of staff.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in ISO documentation and HR process improvement is an added advantage.
Full Time, 5 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)
