Job Responsibilities :
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate updates on shipment status, including delays and delivery schedules
Coordinate closely with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
Prepare, maintain, and update shipment records, documentation, and reports
Monitor order processing to ensure accuracy of delivery information
Follow up on pending deliveries and escalate issues when necessary
Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or any related field
Have 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within logistics or supply chain
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and email management
