We are looking for a qualified and driven individual with experience as an Assistant Manager, Admissions & Student Support to join our dynamic Education team.
We are looking for team members who is:-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in admissions, student services, or administration.
Experience in an international school environment is an advantage.
Knowledge of Immigration Malaysia visa processes.
Strong leadership and staff supervision experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The responsibilities of the Assistant Manager, Admissions & Student Support are: -
1) Admissions & Post-Admissions Management
Manage the full post-admissions process after application fee payment
Coordinate student assessment scheduling and communication
Liaise with academic teams on assessments and class placements
Issue Letters of Offer and monitor acceptance timelines
Verify admission documents and ensure completion of onboarding requirements
Prepare student profiles for internal department handover
2) International Student & Visa Management
Manage student and guardian visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and extensions
Prepare and issue MOE visa supporting letters
Liaise with Immigration Malaysia, MOE, parents, and school representatives
Monitor visa expiry dates and compliance deadlines
3) Student Support & Onboarding
Coordinate orientation schedules and onboarding activities
Assist with school ID issuance, transport guidance, and uniform arrangements
Act as the main point of contact for parents during transition periods
4) Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to MOE, Immigration Malaysia, and school policies
Maintain accurate admission, visa, and onboarding reports
Support internal and external audit requirements
5) Team Leadership & Operations
Supervise Student Services and Front Desk personnel
Oversee workflow allocation and service delivery standards
Provide coaching, feedback, and process improvement recommendations
6) Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Academic, Finance, Boarding, Records Office, and Operations teams
Support school events, roadshows, and intake planning initiatives
Ensure timely and accurate student data handover across departments
