Account Assistant – Account Receivable (5 month contract)
Job Description
We are seeking an individual to take on the role of 'Account Assistant'. This position relates to perform clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.

Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients, record and process payments, and verify the accuracy of receipts.
- Maintain detailed records of incoming payments, customer accounts, and related financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers, ensuring accuracy and proper application of payments.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices, send reminders, and assist with collections efforts.
- Preparing Report for management review
-Any other ad-hoc task as and when required by the company.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Familiar with UBS System
2. Experience:
- 2 years experience in the related position
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and office management
