Responsible for the planning, negotiation, and procurement of goods and services for the hotel in a timely and cost effective manner. The position will ensure compliance with property SOP while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years’ experience in purchasing. Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Degree/diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides knowledge, skills, and ability sufficient to successfully perform the duties of the position.
