Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and acquire new customers through digital platforms, referrals, and other sales channels.

  • Promote and recommend suitable loan packages, including tele-sales for new and existing customers.

  • Assist customers with loan applications, agreement signing, and submission of required documents.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and timely communication.

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide support on account-related matters.

  • Perform data entry, documentation, and system updates accurately.

  • Monitor customers’ repayment status and follow up on overdue accounts.

  • Assist in basic credit assessment, verification of customer information, and reporting to superior.

  • Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and adherence to company procedures.

  • Support branch operations, including general housekeeping and administrative tasks.

  • Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant sales experience is an advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and result-focused.

  • Basic knowledge of financial products or lending practices is an added advantage.

  • Computer literate with good data entry skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
