Education: SPM / Certificate / Technical Vocational Qualification
Experience: 1-3 years
Nationality: Malaysians Only
Own transport: Car/Van
Responsibilities
Outstation Requirement:
Must be willing and able to travel/outstation when required
Key Preferred Attributes
As this role involves direct coordination between site, client, subcontractors, and internal management, attitude and character are considered more critical than technical experience.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Strong communication skills with ability to liaise professionally with clients and management
Honest, trustworthy, and accountable in reporting site matters
Independent and proactive in coordinating daily site activities
Responsible with good work discipline and punctuality
Good problem-solving mindset and able to make basic site decisions independently
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment
Firm but professional in managing subcontractors/workers
Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Good documentation and reporting discipline
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and presentable character on site
