Job Overview

We are looking for an Event Coordinator who is passionate about the events industry and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and venue operators
• Support onsite event operations and logistics arrangements
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Contribute to event run sheets, layout plans, and production timelines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas

Requirements

• Passionate about events
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful, hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved on the ground
• Comfortable with a dynamic schedule that may include evenings and weekends on event days
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
• Higher NITEC/Diploma in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing or related field
