Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. The Event Services Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing event strategies, coordinating with vendors, and handling on-site logistics. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring events align with client expectations and organizational standards. Collaboration with internal teams such as sales and marketing is also essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Retail Services and Event Planning, with the ability to manage all aspects of event coordination
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
• Proven experience in Sales and a results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving organizational goals
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in event management or related field preferred
