Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to oversee and manage daily customer service activities. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, service knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Customer Service Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Strella-Egy LLC’s reputation for excellence in customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer service operations including inquiries, issue resolution, and client communication.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and service reports.
  • Support the development of customer service strategies and process improvements.
  • Prepare performance reports and recommend enhancements to service quality.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and client engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Taiwan’s customer service regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service coordination or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service processes and organizational workflows.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
