We are an HR outsourcing and business support company providing practical HR solutions to SMEs across multiple industries in Malaysia.

Our services include payroll, recruitment, employee relations, HR advisory, training, statutory compliance, and HR operations support.

We are looking for a mature and responsible HR personnel who is able to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and handle real-world HR challenges professionally.

Job Scope

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations for assigned clients
• Payroll processing and statutory contribution administration
• Recruitment coordination, interview arrangement, and candidate screening
• Draft HR letters, policies, warning letters, and employment-related documentation
• Provide HR advisory and practical solutions to clients
• Liaise with government/statutory departments when required
• Conduct employee counseling, coaching, and follow-up
• Support training, meetings, and HR projects
• Maintain proper HR records and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years HR working experience preferred
• Experience in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and statutory matters
• Able to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in HR consultancy or outsourcing environment is an advantage
