We are looking for a Bid & Contract manager to oversee the end-to-end governance of bids, tenders, and customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and tenders across public and private sectors
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Delivery
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, pricing, margin, and risk guidelines
• Prepare bid approval documentation including commercial summaries and risk registers
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts such as MSAs, SoWs, SLAs, and project/service agreements
• Maintain contract repository and ensure proper execution and handover to delivery teams
• Monitor key contractual milestones, renewals, performance obligations, and reporting requirements
• Establish bid and contract governance frameworks, templates, and approval matrices
• Support stakeholders on bid discipline, contract risk awareness, and scope/change management
• Act as Project Manager for awarded projects to ensure delivery is on time, within scope and budget
• Manage project risks, change requests, and prevent scope or margin erosion
• Ensure smooth transition of managed services engagements to operations

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in Bid management, contract management, or commercial management
• Experience in Technology, system integration, IT services, cloud, or cybersecurity environments
• Strong exposure to Complex, multi-year IT services or managed services contracts
• Experience in Public-sector or enterprise tenders (preferred)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
