- Stop the Scroll: Brainstorm, script, and shoot short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) that hook people in the first 2 seconds.
- Tell Great Stories: Create storytelling videos to build trust, and promotional videos to drive revenue.
- Team Up: Work directly with our Paid Ads team so your best organic videos can be turned into high-performing ads.
- Keep it Fresh: Blend high-end aesthetic content with raw, authentic lo-fi videos. You need to know when to be polished and when to be casual.
- You can script, shoot, and edit engaging videos entirely on your phone.
- You know how to spot internet trends early and adapt them quickly.
- You understand why a video goes viral, rather than just guessing.
- You take your work seriously, but you don't take yourself too seriously.
- No micromanagement—if your content works, you get total creative freedom.
- Real marketing experience that actually moves the needle for businesses.
