End User Computing Engineer

As a Senior System Engineer, you'll manage and maintain our complex global IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, high availability, and security across on-prem virtualization and hybrid cloud environments.

• Maintenance and management of computer room hosts, storage equipment, and information system applications.
• Virtualization hyper-convergence system management, including VMware vSAN/Hyper-V/KVM, Dell/HPE/Lenovo server, NetApp Storage/Synology NAS hardware and software.
• Windows and Linux operating systems, including AD/DNS/DHCP/SQL/FTP/Printer/AntiVirus/EDR service applications.
• Hybrid cloud planning and management, including Google GWS/GCP, Microsoft 365/Azure, AWS services.
• Infrastructure system infrastructure, zero trust and SSO identity verification, writing Shell Script automation programs, and backup version control.
• IDC room maintenance and management, system monitoring, log analysis and processing, and warning notification.
• Information system high availability architecture design, regular backup and disaster recovery planning, information security control planning, introduction and implementation.
• Write the manager manual and maintenance standard procedure SOP, and provide education and training for users
• Able to communicate in English to perform global IT support operations, including executing cross-departmental projects and cooperating with ISO27001 internal and external audits.
