Job Summary:

• Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to manipulate and analyze data for patterns and trends that indicate problems that need to be addressed or opportunities to investigate.

• Ensure effective data management and reporting on key business metrics, developing thoughtful analytics and delivery of meaningful insights required by the business.

• Investigate root causes of issues and work with internal stakeholders to address.

• Provide ad hoc analyses to understand distribution/sales rep performances and territory/market analysis.

• Perform assigned individual project tasks as well as contributes to the completion of team tasks; assists other team members in completion of high priority tasks when necessary.

• Inventory/POS database management: Collect, cleanse, and maintain POS data; monitoring key metrics, measuring KPI and sales attainment.

• Track and measure the results of various promotions and/or programs.

• Systems support – become proficient at using internal tools for reporting and analytics.

• Responsibilities

• Design and develop reports using Data Warehouse tools and Microsoft Excel to support Business decisions.

• Coordinate among various sales teams for Data consolidation and reviews.
• Deploy Data Warehouse and Web reporting tools to Sales and Marketing teams in the region.

• Qualifications

• ELT student with interest in both Business Operation - preferably pursuing studies in the Business studies, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics and Statistics fields
• Act as the bridge to streamline the process of rolling out new procedure and system tools
• Team player for coordination among sales teams in various offices and also with IT groups
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Independent, outgoing, hardworking, self-motivated, good presentation skills
• Proficient PC skills in MS office applications, skillful in Excel
